Ultima Displays Showcases Product Innovation And Digital Tools At Successful Summer Open Days

Ultima Displays welcomed more than 100 visitors from across the UK to its Summer Open Days, showcasing a programme of new product innovation, digital tools, live demonstrations and expert insight. The two day event generated strong customer engagement, positive feedback and a number of new commercial opportunities.

Designed to provide a hands-on and interactive experience, the event gave customers the opportunity to explore the latest display solutions, engage directly with product specialists and see the company's showroom and manufacturing facilities first hand.

Highlights included live demonstrations of new product launches, concept developments, digital tools, supplier showcases and thought provoking guest speaker sessions, all of which generated excellent feedback and sparked valuable conversations with customers.

A key feature of the event was the opportunity for customers to review and comment on a range of concept products currently under development. Visitors were actively encouraged to share their views, ideas and feedback, ensuring that customer insight remains an integral part of Ultima Displays' product development process. The approach reflects the company's commitment to developing solutions that address real customer needs and market opportunities.

Throughout the event, a common theme emerged as visitors explored the showroom, manufacturing facilities and latest product developments: "I didn't know you could do that." The reaction reflected the breadth of Ultima Displays' offering and highlighted the value of giving customers the opportunity to experience products, services and expertise first hand.

One customer commented:

"Thanks for the fantastic open day yesterday - it has completely changed my understanding of what Ultima do and also what amazing products can be created."

The company's AI workshops also attracted significant interest, with customers exploring practical ways to use AI tools to improve productivity, streamline routine business tasks and create new opportunities within their own organisations.
Adding to the occasion, Ultima Displays hosted a charity raffle in support of the Andrew Grene Foundation, raising funds for the organisation's work to improve education and community development in Haiti. Lucky winners took home England football shirts signed by special guest and former England international Peter Reid, who also shared stories from his playing career during an engaging question-and-answer session.

"We're delighted with the response to this year's Summer Open Days," said Andrew Cushing, Managing Director of Ultima Displays.

"Our aim was to give customers the opportunity to see our latest developments, meet the people behind the business and experience first hand how we're investing in products, technology and customer support. The feedback was incredibly positive and reinforced the value of creating opportunities for customers to connect with our team in a relaxed and practical environment."
