Solopress Launches Dock

Solopress has launched Dock, a new platform that connects online stores and sales platforms directly to Solopress production.

Unveiled at The Print Show 2026, Dock was introduced to a strong response from businesses looking for a simpler way to sell print online without building a full print API integration or moving to a separate ecommerce platform.

Dock provides hundreds of pre-built print products that users can configure, curate and publish directly to an online storefront such as Shopify. Their customers can then choose print options, upload artwork and use Dock's built-in artwork checker before paying at checkout. Orders are produced, packed and dispatched by Solopress in white label packaging, allowing businesses to sell print under their own brand while Solopress remains behind the scenes.

This caters for both entrepreneurs looking to turn content ideas into print products and established businesses that already have an audience, a website or a sales channel. Start-ups could be selling within hours, while existing businesses can diversify their product range in minutes in response to new opportunities.

Dock supports online stores and sales platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce and custom built storefronts. Integration is free, with no setup costs or ongoing subscription fees. It is designed to reduce the technical barrier between online selling and print production, helping users offer print products through their existing web presence without the complexity of a traditional API build.

Simon Cooper, CEO at Solopress, said:

“Dock is about making Solopress production easier to access for businesses that want to sell print through their own channels. Many companies already have the audience, the brand and the customer relationship, but connecting that demand to print production has traditionally involved a lot of technical work.

“With Dock, we are giving those businesses a simpler route. Their customers can configure and order print from the website they already use, while Solopress handles the production, packing and despatch in the background.”

Sarah Stephenson, Product Owner for Dock at Solopress, said:

“The aim with Dock has always been to make the journey from online order to print production as simple as possible. Customers can choose their print products, customise their options, upload artwork and pay at checkout, with orders automatically passed to Solopress for production.

“For businesses using Dock, that means they can start selling hundreds of pre-built print products through their own website or sales channel without needing to create complex product configurations, pricing rules or integrations from scratch. They bring the ideas, the customers and the sales channel. Dock takes care of the technical complexity, while Solopress handles printing and fulfilment.”

Dock forms part of Solopress’ continued investment in platforms that make print easier to source, sell and fulfil. Alongside Forge, Solopress’ new trade print platform for verified printers, resellers, brokers and print managers, Dock supports the company’s wider focus on trade services, workflow innovation and partnership led growth.
