Printwear & Promotion LIVE! is where the industry comes alive. Taking place from Sunday, February 21 to Tuesday, February 23, no other exhibition in the UK offers garment decorators the chance to see and experience first hand live demonstrations of cutting edge pieces of equipment, and to touch and feel the newest blank garments to hit the market.
Tony Gardner, event director, said: “Printwear is a tactile industry. No matter how good AI and digital become, nothing can replace a live event where the industry comes together to see, touch and feel new products. The latest innovations are always on display with the launch of new technology, making P&P LIVE! the only platform that allows visitors to see it all and choose how to advance their business in the year ahead.
“The buzz at the 2026 event was incredible and the show highlighted how much momentum there is in the garment decoration industry. What stood out most to several of our exhibitors was the level of engagement; visitors weren’t just browsing; they came with real questions about how new technology can help them grow their businesses and to make purchasing decisions.
“There was one exhibitor quote that really stood out for me: ‘The conversations we had over three days were some of the most energising we've ever had at a trade show’. It is not an overstatement to say that Printwear & Promotion LIVE! is the place where the industry comes alive, and we are really looking forward to living up to that again for the three show days in February!”
ExhibitorsThe exhibitor list for 2027 is already looking full to the brim with brands, suppliers and manufacturers. The biggest names in the industry are gearing up to hit the exhibition floor once again.
The show organisers are delighted to welcome back to the exhibition several returning brands, including Tee Jays, Earth Positive, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, and Regatta Professional, plus many more exciting names. All in all there will be a diverse selection of garments to discover; from outerwear, to schoolwear, to athleisurewear.
And if attendees are on the lookout to purchase some new kit or just want to speak with the experts, suppliers such as Resolute, Roland DG, AJS Embroidery Services, and Amaya Sales UK, among many others, will all be worth paying a visit to as they demonstrate their latest releases and innovations.
Not only do exhibitors showcase the latest blank apparel and pieces of garment decoration equipment, but visitors will also be able to discover and explore on the exhibition floor all the accessories, supplies and consumables needed to make their business a success. Think transfers, socks, embroidery threads, caps, and inks.
