3D patch printing creates bold, dimensional decoration with the visual strength of a silicone badge and a soft, durable finish. Ideal for garments and hard goods that can be heat pressed, it offers clean, high impact graphics with no setup costs, economical consumables, and zero dye migration on polyester. With variable texture depth, 3D patches unlock new creative possibilities across fashion, sportswear, corporate apparel, and promotional products.

Alongside this, faux embroidery provides the crafted look of stitched decoration without thread. Produced on the same printer as 3D patches, flexible UV inks are printed onto a special adhesive media, to replicate embroidery’s dimensional aesthetics. Applied with a heat press produces a soft flexible feel with great durability. Approximately 10 times faster than traditional embroidery and a fraction of the cost, ideal for shoes, bags, jackets, and structured items where traditional embroidery often falls short.

Both technologies support scalable production, rapid setup, and on demand customisation, giving decorators the freedom to deliver intricate detail while protecting margins.
