New Ink Jet Films from Folex at Fespa

Digital coating specialist, Folex, will again be participating at FESPA Digital - this time in Hamburg. The company manufactures a range of materials that can be used in the screen printing process itself as well as media for the final printed image.

On show for the first time will be a new version of Reprojet P, the highly successful screen film for the production of direct exposure stencil artwork. Reprojet P HD is an enhanced version, offering even higher ink capacity and a faster drying time, along with a good density range, for printers who require the ultimate result. Reprojet P HD offers a "High Dynamic" performance for screen, flexo and pad printing and is suitable for Ink Jet printers using pigment or dye inks
A new Window Graphic film for Eco Solvent inks will also be officially launched. Window Tack CL ES is a PET clear film with a super clear, removable adhesive for easy application and removal to glass and glass like substrates. Perfect for the retail and point of sale and display markets.

ES coated materials suitable for Eco Solvent inks now have an updated coating offering a faster drying time as well as good water resistance for a tough surface. Products include a polypropylene white display film with a pearl finish ideally suited for banner displays called Folajet WO ES. The decorative display market has a highly reflective silver metallic, mirror film which creates a truly stunning effect to any image called Folajet SI ES. The fine art and Photo market has long required a high performance fine art paper suitable for Eco Solvent printing. Fine Art Photo ES is a photo rag 310gsm paper that offers a real alternative and solution for the critically demanding Photo/Fine Art Market. Other products in the Eco Solvent family include Canvas, Stoplite, Clear, and Backlit display films.

For UV inks Folex will show its coating for improved ink adhesion onto clear, white and metallic silver polyester films offering a much stronger and tougher image bond to flexible substrates.
